RESILIENT GAMING NETWORK WAS FOUNDED ON MAY 02, 2026 -
Resilient Gaming Network was officially founded on May 2, 2026, by Owners RGN Slayah, RGN Queen, and RGN Purp.
The creation of RGN came after years of experiences, friendships, hardships, and rebuilding within the gaming community scene. Before the founding of RGN, Slayah was nearly outcasted from his former gaming community, RySe Gaming, alongside a former friend. Determined to create something greater, the two went on to establish Silent Response Gaming (SRG).
Throughout the growth of SRG, Slayah met many loyal and dedicated individuals including Queen, Purp, Noxul, Crypt, PsychoAli, Victim, and many others who would later become a major part of the community’s foundation and identity.
Despite the time, effort, and passion invested into building the community, Slayah was eventually separated from the organization he helped create following internal conflict and what he describes as a hostile takeover of the community. Rather than continue the conflict, Slayah made the decision to transfer ownership of the community to another member and walk away from the place he once considered home.
However, the story did not end there.
On May 2, 2026, Resilient Gaming Network was launched as a fresh start. Built upon resilience, loyalty, friendship, structure, and the original vision Slayah always intended for his community. RGN was created to provide a safe, non-toxic, and enjoyable environment where gamers could truly feel at home while rebuilding the strong sense of community that inspired its foundation in the first place.
RGN stands as proof that even after setbacks, betrayal, and hardship, resilience always prevails.
REMEMBERING SHAWN C. MERCENARY GOODISON
Shawn was more than just a supporter of RGN and RGN Slayah, he was family. Tragically, Shawn passed away on September 13, 2025, but his legacy and memory will forever remain a permanent part of RGN’s history.

Resilient Gaming Network has designed the Chain of Command Policy to provide a clear structure for communication and support, ensuring members know who to go to when they need assistance.
Our community operates under a military-style ranking structure. While RGN will always maintain an Open Door Policy, we also believe it is important to give leadership members the opportunity to fulfill their roles and responsibilities. Members should not immediately go directly to the Executive Staff Team unless the situation requires it. The Chain of Command is designed so that members seeking support follow the proper Rank Structure by going to the next highest rank above them when needing assistance.
This policy applies to all members, staff, officers, and leadership members representing Resilient Gaming Network across all official and endorsed platforms, including but not limited to:
Social media
Discord servers
Website
Game nights and community events
Any other platform endorsed by Resilient Gaming Network
Chain of Command ExampleMember ➝ Senior Member ➝ Specialist ➝ Corporal ➝ Sergeant ➝ Staff Sergeant ➝ Master Sergeant ➝ Lieutenant ➝ Captain
Since Senior Member and Specialist do not hold leadership authority, all three roles, Member, Senior Member, and Specialist should first seek assistance from a Corporal when needing support.
If a resolution cannot be reached at the Corporal level, the concern should then be moved up to the next rank in the Chain of Command. Members are expected to continue following the rank structure accordingly until the issue is properly addressed or resolved then you would keep going through the chain in this order. If unsure review the rank structure and follow it from lowest rank to highest rank.
When Is Escalation Allowed?Escalation may be necessary when:
Issues cannot be resolved at a squad level.
The issue involves your immediate Chain of Command.
A member needs to be reported to Moderators or Internal Affairs.
Serious misconduct has occurred.
There is abuse of power.
No response has been given within 72 hours.
The issue was not handled in accordance with RGN Policy.
In these situations, members may move the concern higher up the Chain of Command or report it directly to the appropriate leadership, Moderation Team, or Internal Affairs.
Abuse Of Chain of CommandAbuse of Chain of Command should not be used to silent members, retaliation, abuse of power, to help friends or members you have a personal relationship with.
Any staff found abusing their power will be immediately demoted in accordance with the Resilient Gaming Network Code of Conduct and Chain of Command Policy. The Chain of Command is designed to help others not install fear and intimidation.
Final AuthorityRGN Leadership have final authority when it comes to disciplinary actions of the community. We ask that all members respect leadership decisions when they are made. If you want to appeal a disciplinary action, please fill out an Appeal Form here ➔ please do NOT argue and cause problems in discord.

Although RGN has set rules and policies to protect Resilient Gaming Network there are (2) rules that we want people to remember at all times.
No member left behind: Do not rage quit and leave lobbies early, we understand sometimes it can be stressful. Stick it out in the match with your team, we unite as one and we fall as one. All members of the party must agree before backing out!
Protect all RGN members at all times. Represent the community professionally and with pride in and out of the games.

Resilient Gaming Network is dedicated to maintaining a fair, respectful, and non-toxic gaming community. Our Disciplinary Outcomes are not intended to be a strict order that leadership must follow, but rather a list of possible actions that may be used in the event disciplinary action is needed.
Each situation may be handled differently depending on the severity of the incident, the member’s history, and the overall impact on the community.
Verbal Warning
A Verbal Warning may be issued for minor rule violations or first-time offenses. This serves as an opportunity to correct the behavior before further disciplinary action is needed.
Verbal Warnings are meant to be respectful, educational, and corrective rather than punitive. However, repeated behavior after receiving a Verbal Warning may result in further action.
Written Warning
A Written Warning may be issued for repeated minor rule violations, failure to correct behavior after a Verbal Warning, or incidents that require formal documentation.
Written Warnings serve as an official notice that the behavior is not acceptable within Resilient Gaming Network. Members are expected to correct the issue moving forward, and failure to do so may result in further disciplinary action.
Strike
A Strike may be issued for rule violations, repeated misconduct, or behavior that requires formal tracking within Resilient Gaming Network.
Strikes serve as an official record of disciplinary action and may be used to determine future consequences if the behavior continues. The severity of the incident, the member’s history, and the overall impact on the community will be taken into consideration when issuing a Strike.
Strikes are removable after (90) days of good behavior.
Suspension
A Suspension may be issued for more serious rule violations, repeated misconduct, or failure to correct behavior after previous warnings.
A Suspension temporarily removes a member’s access to certain areas, privileges, events, voice channels, or the community as a whole, depending on the severity of the situation. The length and terms of the Suspension will be determined by Leadership based on the incident, the member’s history, and the overall impact on Resilient Gaming Network.
Suspensions are intended to give the member time to reflect, correct their behavior, and understand the seriousness of the situation before returning to the community.
Rank Suspension
A Rank Suspension may be issued to members for violations or repeated misconduct. The purpose of a Rank Suspension is to temporarily limit or remove a member’s ability to progress within the rank structure.
This outcome is considered more punitive and harsher than the corrective actions RGN prefers to use. Because of that, Resilient Gaming Network will make every reasonable effort to avoid issuing Rank Suspensions unless the situation requires it.
Rank Suspensions are intended to hold members accountable while still allowing them the opportunity to correct their behavior, rebuild trust, and continue moving forward within the community.
Demotion
A Demotion may be issued when a member fails to meet the expectations, responsibilities, or standards of their current rank or leadership position.
Demotions may occur due to repeated misconduct, inactivity, failure to perform assigned duties, abuse of authority, poor leadership behavior, or failure to follow RGN policies and the Chain of Command.
A Demotion lowers a member’s rank, role, or position within Resilient Gaming Network. This action is not taken lightly and will be reviewed based on the severity of the situation, the member’s history, and the overall impact on the community.
The purpose of a Demotion is to hold members accountable while still allowing them the opportunity to correct their behavior, rebuild trust, and continue contributing positively to RGN.
Membership Revocation
Membership Revocation may be issued for serious violations, repeated misconduct, or behavior that goes against the standards and values of Resilient Gaming Network.
The purpose of Membership Revocation is to remove a member’s standing within RGN, including their rank, roles, privileges, and access to member-only areas of the community. This may be used when a member has shown they are unwilling or unable to follow community expectations.
Members that experience membership revocation are eligible to reapply (30) days after the date of removal.
Member Ban
A Member Ban may be issued for serious violations, repeated misconduct, or behavior that directly threatens the safety, stability, or integrity of Resilient Gaming Network.
A Member Ban removes the individual’s access to RGN’s Discord server, events, platforms, and community spaces permanently.
In some cases, a Ban can be revoked or appealed, however, only members that can revoke a ban is the Director of Discord Operations and above with in reason and the reason must be documented.
Blacklist
A Blacklist may be issued for severe violations, repeated misconduct, or actions that seriously threaten the safety, stability, integrity, or reputation of Resilient Gaming Network.
A Blacklist permanently restricts an individual from returning to RGN, participating in community spaces, attending events, holding membership, or representing the community in any way. This outcome may also prevent the individual from being considered for future appeals, depending on the severity of the situation.
Blacklisting is considered the most serious disciplinary outcome and is not issued lightly. Leadership will make every reasonable effort to review the situation fairly before making this decision.
The only members that can issue a Blacklist is Internal Affairs, Discord Operations Officer and above, the only members who can revoke a blacklist is Operations Director or higher.
Quitting Without Notice
We understand that Resilient Gaming Network may not be for everyone. However, we ask that you communicate any issues or concerns before making your exit. We assume that if you leave without saying anything you want the issue to keep persisting. Members who leave without notice will receive a (90) day ban.
If you are granted a second chance and you leave again without notice you will be permanently blacklisted from Resilient Gaming Network. We are not mind readers and cannot fix issues if they are not brought up to the right people.

Resilient Gaming Network offers (4) different types of LOA’s. Short-Term, Long Term, Extended LOA, & Military LOA
Short Term Leave of Absence:
Members may request a Short-Term Leave of Absence if they need to take time away from the server. Leave of Absence requests should not be denied without proper reason.
If a member’s Leave of Absence is approved, they will receive the Leave of Absence role within Discord, and an LOA note will be entered into their CMS profile.
Once approved, the member will be relieved of all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence. If the member holds a leadership position, a temporary assignment may be made to cover their responsibilities while they are away. A Short-Term Leave of Absence may last from 7 to 14 days.
Upon returning from their Leave of Absence, the member will return to their position immediately and resume their regular activities, responsibilities, and activity requirements.
Long Term Leave of Absence
Members may request a Long-Term Leave of Absence if they need an extended amount of time away from the server. If approved, the member will be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence.
A Long-Term Leave of Absence is any approved time away lasting from 15 to 60 days.
If the member holds a leadership position, a temporary or permanent replacement may be considered if the situation warrants it. The member may also be moved down to Senior Member, and leadership roles or permissions may be removed during this time.
After 61 days of Leave of Absence, a member of Executive Leadership or the member’s direct superior will attempt to reach out. If there is no response, the member may be removed in accordance with the Activity & Inactivity Policy. (Members removed for inactivity are eligible to reapply immediately.)
Extended Leave of Absence
Members may request an Extended Leave of Absence within reason. These requests are less likely to be approved unless they are related to a family emergency, mental health, medical reasons, job-related obligations, or other serious circumstances.
If approved, the member will be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence.
An Extended Leave of Absence is any approved time away lasting from 61 to 183 days.
If the member holds a leadership position, they may be informed that they will be moved down to Member and will vacate their leadership role. RGN cannot reasonably hold a leadership position open for this length of time due to the responsibilities and stability required within the community.
After 184 days of Leave of Absence, an Executive Leader or the member’s direct superior will attempt to reach out. If there is no response, the member may be removed in accordance with RGN’s Activity & Inactivity Policy.
Military Leave of Absence
First, we would like to thank you for your service.
Military personnel may request a Military Leave of Absence without denial. If approved, the member will be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the duration of their Leave of Absence.
A Military Leave of Absence is any approved time away lasting from 1 to 365 days.
If the member holds a leadership position, they may be required to vacate their role and step down to Senior Member. RGN cannot reasonably hold a leadership position open for an entire year due to the responsibilities and stability required within the community.
After 365 days on Leave of Absence, Executive Leadership or the member’s direct superior will attempt to reach out. If there is no response, the member may be removed from the community in accordance with RGN’s Activity & Inactivity Policy.
Leave of Absence Guidelines
Members on an approved LOA are expected to remain away from the server and refrain from chatting or participating in regular community activity. If you are on LOA, the expectation is that you are absent.
Executive Leadership members on LOA may remain visually active for the purpose of receiving necessary updates only. They should not type in regular channels and should remain restricted to Executive voice channels when needed.
Members must submit an LOA ticket within the Discord server for their request to be reviewed and documented.
Members must inform their direct superior of their need for an LOA before opening an LOA ticket.
Members are expected to keep Leadership updated regarding possible return dates or any changes to their availability.
Members returning from LOA should notify their direct superior or the appropriate Leadership member so their roles, responsibilities, and activity requirements can be properly resumed.

Activity Policy
Resilient Gaming Network considers itself to be an active and professional gaming community. We understand that real-life events happen, and we expect all members to take care of their real-life obligations first above all else.
However, RGN is dedicated to remaining active, stable, and consistent in order to support appropriate growth and maintain a strong community environment for all members.
Resilient Gaming Network is a laid-back community, but we expect all members who are not on an approved LOA to remain engaged and active within the community. This includes participation in meetings, game nights, workshops, social nights, and general Discord activity.
Participation is what helps communities grow and prosper in a positive way. No new recruit wants to join a dead server, which is why member activity and involvement are important to the continued success and stability of RGN.
Appropriate Activity
Members are expected to send at least 10 messages or more per week within their region. This is a realistic and achievable expectation. In most cases, if a member has strong voice activity, message activity may not be heavily considered.
Members are expected to attend at least 2 game nights per month when available.
Members are expected to attend scheduled squad meetings when applicable.
Members are encouraged to attend social nights and participate in community events.
Members are encouraged to attend workshops when offered.
Members are expected to participate in general chatting and remain engaged with the community when possible.
Members are expected to make new members feel welcomed at the time of them joining and being introduced.
The only acceptable reason for a member’s activity to be low is due to real-life obligations. Low activity should not be the result of choosing to consistently play alone, only playing with outside friends, or simply ignoring the community.
RGN understands that real life comes first, but members are still expected to make a reasonable effort to stay engaged and involved when they are available.
Inactivity PolicyResilient Gaming Network understands that members have real-life obligations to attend to. However, we must also ensure that RGN remains an organized, active, and stable gaming community for all members.
All members are expected to remain active in accordance with the Activity Policy stated above. RGN will not operate strictly on fixed timelines, but will instead review each inactivity situation on a case-by-case basis.
Leadership reserves the right to determine what is considered an acceptable level of activity based on the member’s role, responsibilities, communication, and overall involvement within the community.
Please review the guidelines below to see how we consider you inactive:
If a member has not played any games with other members since their date of joining, they may be considered inactive.
If a member misses at least 3 events in a row, they may be considered inactive. RGN understands that real life comes first, but members are still expected to make a reasonable effort to attend community activities when available.
If a member is considered inactive, they may receive the Inactive role within Discord.
If a member receives the Inactive role, they will have 72 hours to respond with a reason for their inactivity or make a noticeable effort to improve their activity.
Failure to respond or improve activity within the given timeframe may result in further action in accordance with RGN’s Activity & Inactivity Policy.
Additional GuidelinesMembers are expected to respond to pings from Leadership in a timely manner. As always, real-life obligations come first, but please understand that if you reached out to Leadership, they would make every reasonable effort to respond to you. We ask that members show the same respect and make every reasonable effort to respond to Leadership pings as soon as possible.
If you know you are going to be inactive, please open an LOA Request within the Discord and submit a Leave of Absence. This ensures your membership is protected in accordance with RGN’s Leave of Absence Policy (LOA).
-
Our Ranking System Policy is designed to provide insight into the guidelines RGN uses for rank progression and the rank structure as a whole.
The rank structure and ranking system are a privilege, not a right. Resilient Gaming Network reserves the right to promote, deny, delay, or adjust member progression based on community needs, member activity, leadership potential, conduct, and the overall best interest of the community.
Rank AdvancementAll ranks within Resilient Gaming Network are earned, not given. Asking, demanding, or pressuring Leadership for rank advancement is strictly prohibited.
If a member is found asking or demanding to be promoted, they may receive a Verbal Warning.
Rank advancement is based on a member’s overall contribution, dedication, loyalty, merit, participation, and readiness. Each member must show the proper qualities, maturity, and commitment needed to advance in rank, just like every other member within the community.
Leadership ResponsibilitiesThe rank structure and ranking system are designed to give members purpose and something to work toward and achieve during their time with Resilient Gaming Network. However, all members are expected to take accountability where accountability is needed.
If you do not have the time, availability, or ability to properly fulfill the responsibilities of a leadership position, please do not take on a leadership role. Within RGN, leadership roles begin at the rank of Corporal and above.
Members who accept a leadership role are fully responsible for the active duties associated with their rank. This includes maintaining activity, supporting members, following the Chain of Command, attending required meetings when available, and representing RGN with professionalism and integrity.
Failure to perform, neglect of duties, repeated inactivity, or inability to meet the expectations of the role may result in removal from the leadership position or other action deemed necessary by Leadership.
Interim ResponsibilitiesWe understand that members may need to take time away from the server or that real-life obligations may get in the way. When this happens, leadership members may temporarily pass their responsibilities down or ask another leadership member to cover their duties while they are away.
Resilient Gaming Network reserves the right to reassign responsibilities or ask leadership members to cover duties in an interim capacity until those responsibilities are either reassigned permanently or taken back over by the original leadership member.
Additionally, some roles may be vacant and may not have an assigned member at the time. RGN reserves the right to assign those duties in an interim capacity until a permanent assignment is made.
This ensures that community operations remain active, stable, and properly supported at all times.
How Can I Rank Up?Below is a compiled list outlining how members can progress and move up within the rank structure:
Maintaining general Discord activity
Staying active in voice channels
Playing games with other members in the community
Attending or hosting squad meetings
Attending or hosting game nights
Attending or hosting social nights
Attending or hosting workshops
Attending community-wide events
Referring new members to join Resilient Gaming Network
Taking initiative to learn and become familiar with the RGN rank structure and how it works
Being a loyal, welcoming, and positive member of the community
Completing necessary trainings and readiness tests when required
Volunteer Based CommunityWe want to thank anyone who is willing to help Resilient Gaming Network grow and prosper. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and dedication that any member gives toward helping RGN become the best version of itself.
With that being said, Resilient Gaming Network is a 100% volunteer-based community. No member, including Executive Leadership or Ownership, is paid or compensated for completing RGN duties associated with their rank or position.
All responsibilities, roles, and contributions within RGN are performed voluntarily and are done for the betterment, growth, and stability of the community.
-
Resilient Gaming Network operates with a real-life first mentality. Members will not be punished or penalized for taking care of real-life obligations first.
However, the voluntary responsibilities that members accept are still expected to be upheld. If you cannot properly fulfill the duties and responsibilities associated with a role, then you should not accept that role.
Please understand that accepting a staff or leadership position may require time, effort, and availability outside of regular community participation. If you do not have the time or ability to meet those expectations, you are encouraged to voluntarily surrender the role you accepted.
This helps ensure that RGN remains active, stable, and properly supported while also respecting the real-life responsibilities of every member.
-
Resilient Gaming Network has no plans at this time to open an Esports Department. We currently do not have community income and cannot financially support one. We understand that there are alternative ways to support an esports program, but RGN believes in doing things the right way and only taking that step when the community is properly prepared for it.
This does not mean that RGN will never open an Esports Department in the future. However, at the current moment, RGN will not be hosting, funding, or officially operating esports-related activities.
Members are still allowed to build a squad within RGN and participate in leagues, cups, tournaments, or competitive modes if they choose to do so. However, any members participating in those activities will be responsible for funding their own way.
If members choose to participate in competitive activities using their own funds, please review the guidelines below:
All members within the squad must be verified RGN members.
All actions taken during esports events must reflect a professional image and follow RGN’s Code of Conduct and policies at all times.
All members are expected to fund their own participation, including any entry fees, travel costs, equipment, or other related expenses.
If members are funding their own way, they may keep 100% of their earnings from any winnings, prizes, or payouts.
What Happens If We do Open Esports?
If RGN ever opens an Esports Department, we will ensure that a Director of Esports is appointed to properly oversee and manage that department.
RGN would most likely not open an Esports Department unless the community has steady income or members are willing to donate specifically to help make it possible. Either way, an Esports Department is not something coming to RGN anytime soon.
Please review the guidelines below:
If RGN funds the cost of entry for an esports event, the entry cost must be paid back to the community. In addition, 10% of any earnings must be returned to RGN to help support future entries and community opportunities.
Any egotistical, toxic, unsportsmanlike, or unprofessional behavior may result in the member being removed from esports participation immediately.
If members fully fund their own entry and participation, they may keep 100% of their earnings. However, RGN encourages members to consider a 5% voluntary return to the community to help support future opportunities. This is encouraged, but not required. RGN will continue to operate regardless.
All agreements regarding funding, payouts, earnings, or community returns must be put in writing and signed by the involved members and Ownership through a legally binding agreement.
-
Members of Resilient Gaming Network must hold the rank of Sergeant or higher in order to host events within RGN.
All events must be properly planned, hosted, and advertised to ensure they are organized, professional, and have a strong turnout. Members hosting events are expected to follow all event procedures and represent RGN in a positive manner.

Resilient Gaming Network believes every member should feel comfortable bringing forward questions, concerns, ideas, or issues when they need support.
RGN will always have an Open Door Policy, but members are still expected to follow the Chain of Command when possible. This means members should give the proper leadership members the opportunity to handle issues within their role before going directly to Executive Leadership or Ownership.
The Open Door Policy should be used when:
The issue is serious.
The issue involves your immediate Chain of Command.
You do not feel comfortable going to your direct superior.
The issue involves misconduct, abuse of power, harassment, threats, or safety concerns.
The issue was not handled in accordance with RGN Policies.
You have not received a response within a reasonable amount of time.
Members should not use the Open Door Policy to skip the Chain of Command for minor issues, basic questions, or situations that can be handled by lower leadership.
All concerns should be brought forward respectfully and honestly. RGN Leadership will make every reasonable effort to listen, review the situation fairly, and protect the privacy of those involved when possible.
No member will be punished or retaliated against for using the Open Door Policy in good faith.
The purpose of this policy is to make sure members feel heard and supported while still keeping RGN organized, respectful, and structured.
-
Name Changing
Resilient Gaming Network requires members to open a support ticket in order to request a name change within Discord.
This is not a matter of asking for permission. The ticket system allows us to properly update the member’s name within both the Discord server and our Content Management System. Repeated name changes can create confusion and take time away from operations that require Leadership’s attention.
Please note that once your Discord username or server name is changed, you must wait 60 days before requesting another name change.
This process is not meant to be difficult or overly strict. RGN is not saying members need permission to change their name, but we do need to keep things organized so our time and energy can remain focused on growing and improving the community.
Gamertag Changes
Gamertag changes are not required and are 100% optional. However, if you choose to change your gamertag, it must remain appropriate and follow RGN’s community standards.
Your gamertag may not match the name of an RGN section, squad, department, or official title. In addition, members may not use the exact same gamertag as another RGN member to avoid confusion within the community.

Resilient Gaming Network encourages all its members to follow our social media to support the growth of the community.

We encourage all members to proudly show that they are a member of Resilient Gaming Network by adding it to their bio where applicable, along with our Discord link.
RGN also operates the Silent Response Gaming social media accounts as part of our community network and brand presence. This helps promote the community, support growth, and strengthen the overall identity of Resilient Gaming Network.

Resilient Gaming Network does not prevent family members, couples, spouses, or significant others from participating in the RGN rank structure. All members are welcome to earn rank, contribute to the community, and grow within RGN based on their own merit, activity, dedication, and conduct.
However, family members, couples, spouses, or significant others may not be placed in a position where they directly report to one another or have authority over each other within the same squad, section, or leadership chain. This is to help prevent favoritism, bias, conflicts of interest, or the appearance of unfair treatment within the community.
RGN wants every member to have a fair and equal opportunity to progress. Any leadership decisions involving related members or members in a relationship should be handled by an appropriate neutral leadership member to ensure transparency, fairness, and trust within the community.
Guidelines
Couples, family members, spouses, or significant others may not be assigned to the same squad or placed in a position where they directly report to one another.
If a conflict or issue involves a spouse, significant other, family member, or someone a leadership member has a close personal relationship with, that leadership member must excuse themselves from the situation. Another appropriate leadership member should handle the matter to maintain fair and transparent decision-making.
Members in a position to issue rewards, awards, promotions, recognition, or other benefits may not give them directly to their spouse, significant other, family member, or close personal relation. These decisions must be reviewed or handled by neutral leadership.
If members meet within the server and begin a relationship, we ask that they make Leadership aware. This is not to interfere with personal relationships, but to help prevent conflicts of interest, favoritism, or unfair reporting structures within the community.
-
Resilient Gaming Network strives to be as transparent as possible. However, RGN also requires confidentiality from all parties, including members, staff, affiliates, partners, and leadership.
Any information shared, posted, discussed, or made available inside Resilient Gaming Network is to remain within the community and may not be shared outside of RGN without written approval from Ownership.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Internal discussions
Screenshots from inside RGN servers or private channels
Announcements not yet made public
Staff conversations
Leadership discussions
Member information
Disciplinary matters
Reports or investigations
Partnership discussions
Planning or future community projects
Internal documents
Policies not yet released publicly
Server operations
Role, rank, or department changes before official announcement
Any sensitive or private community information
Information should only be considered public if it has been officially posted by RGN Ownership, RGN’s official social media accounts, or another approved public-facing platform authorized by Ownership.
Sharing private or sensitive RGN information outside of the community can damage trust, harm members, affect partnerships, and destabilize the community. Any member found sharing confidential information without approval may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including removal from Resilient Gaming Network.
-
When a member of Resilient Gaming Network is being formally reprimanded, at least two higher-ranking officers from that member’s division, section, squad, or department must be present. This helps ensure transparency, fairness, and prevents “he said, she said” situations.
Members below the rank of Lieutenant may not formally issue disciplinary action against other members. They may report concerns, gather information, or escalate issues through the proper Chain of Command, but formal disciplinary action must be handled by authorized leadership.
-
Resilient Gaming Network is committed to providing a fair, welcoming, and respectful gaming community for all members.
All members should have an equal opportunity to participate, grow, rank up, attend events, join squads, and contribute to the community without discrimination, favoritism, or unfair treatment.
RGN does not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, military status, personal background, gaming skill level, platform, or region.
Ranks, leadership roles, awards, and opportunities within RGN are earned through activity, dedication, maturity, loyalty, participation, and overall contribution to the community. These decisions should never be based on favoritism, friendships, relationships, or personal bias.
Members of all skill levels are welcome in RGN. Whether you play casually, competitively, or are still learning, you deserve to be treated with respect.
If a member feels they have been treated unfairly, excluded, discriminated against, or targeted, they should report the issue through the proper Chain of Command or ticket system.
No member will be punished or retaliated against for reporting a concern in good faith.
The purpose of this policy is to make sure RGN remains fair, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
-
Resilient Gaming Network understands that many games played within the community, especially FPS titles, may include simulated violence, weapons, combat, and competitive gameplay. This type of in-game content is part of gaming and is not considered a violation on its own.
However, RGN does not tolerate real-life threats, violent behavior, harassment, intimidation, or comments that make members feel unsafe.
Members are expected to understand the difference between in-game competition and real-life conduct. Trash talk, joking, and competitive banter must remain respectful and should never cross into threats, targeted harassment, or harmful behavior.
The following behavior is not allowed:
Threatening to harm another member in real life
Encouraging violence, self-harm, or harm toward others
Making violent comments meant to intimidate or scare members
Targeting members with aggressive or hostile behavior
Posting graphic, disturbing, or real-life violent content
Using in-game violence as an excuse to harass or bully others
Taking gaming disputes into real-life threats or personal attacks
Any serious threat or violent behavior may result in immediate disciplinary action, including removal from the community. Depending on the severity, RGN may also report the situation to Discord, the gaming platform, or proper authorities if needed.
RGN is built to be a safe, fun, and non-toxic gaming community. Members are expected to compete hard, have fun, and keep all behavior respectful both in-game and within the community.
-
Resilient Gaming Network is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and non-toxic gaming community for all members. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, threats, or targeted mistreatment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Harassing members in DMs, voice channels, game chats, or public channels
Discrimination or hateful comments
Retaliation against someone for reporting an issue
Encouraging others to target, exclude, or mistreat a member
Members who feel they are being harassed, intimidated, or targeted should report the issue through the proper Chain of Command, ticket system, Moderation Team, or Internal Affairs. When possible, members should provide screenshots, clips, message links, or any other evidence that can help Leadership review the situation fairly.
RGN will make every reasonable effort to handle reports seriously, fairly, and confidentially. Any member found engaging in harassment or intimidation may face disciplinary action, up to and including removal from Resilient Gaming Network.
The purpose of this policy is to protect our members and ensure RGN remains a place where everyone can game, relax, and feel respected.
-
Resilient Gaming Network does not allow impersonation of any member, staff member, leadership member, partner, affiliate, or official RGN account.
Members may not pretend to be someone they are not, use misleading names, copy another member’s identity, or present themselves as having authority they do not have.
Impersonation may include, but is not limited to:
Using another member’s name, gamertag, profile picture, or identity to cause confusion
Pretending to be staff, leadership, moderation, Internal Affairs, Executive Leadership, or Ownership
Claiming to have a rank, role, title, or authority that you do not actually hold
Creating fake accounts to appear as another member or RGN representative

Slander is when someone makes a false spoken statement about another person that damages their reputation.
In simple terms, slander is spreading false information about someone by speaking it, saying it in voice chat, telling others, or making verbal claims that can harm how people view that person.
For RGN, slander may include making false claims about a member, staff member, leader, affiliate, or partner with the intent to damage their name, reputation, or standing in the community.

Members of Resilient Gaming Network are permitted to join social servers or Discord servers that do not have any form of rank structure. Any server with a ranking system, leadership hierarchy, or structured chain of command may be considered similar in purpose or function to the Resilient Gaming Network ranking structure.

Resilient Gaming Network currently does not have an active FiveM server. However, we are interested in opening one in the future.
At this time, RGN cannot financially support a FiveM server until the community has a stable income source or receives consistent donations to help cover the required costs.
The community will be informed if and when a FiveM server is officially launched. Once launched, the server will require an appointed RGN Director to oversee, manage, and maintain its operations.
GuidelinesThe FiveM server will require an appointed Director to oversee, manage, and maintain daily operations.
The FiveM server will have its own dedicated Discord server for FiveM-related communication, organization, and operations.
Members of the FiveM server will not automatically be considered official members of Resilient Gaming Network. However, they may apply to join RGN at any time.
FiveM members may be given a guest role labeled FiveM Member within the appropriate RGN spaces when needed.
RGN members are permitted to join and participate in the FiveM server at any time.
All current RGN Directors are required to be present in the FiveM Discord server to help oversee operations and ensure proper management.
