Community Policy

CODE OF CONDUCT

The purpose for this code of conduct is to ensure safety, responsibility, professionalism, and accountability. All members, leaders, affiliate partners and associates should follow this code of conduct at all times. The ("SRG") ("Code") establishes the ethical, behavioral and communication standards required by all members.

1. Respect & Professionalism

All actions taken within Silent Response Gaming should reflect the core values of our community. Please respect one another as you would want to be treated.


  • Respect all members and treat one another with the same respect and professionalism you would expect in return. Silent Response Gaming was founded on a brotherhood mentality, and all members are expected to demonstrate respect, integrity, and maturity at all times.

  • When new members join the Discord server, all members are encouraged to make them feel welcomed and included within the community. New members are more likely to remain active, engaged, and involved when they are greeted and welcomed by the existing community.

  • All members are required to comply with the SRG Code of Conduct as established by the Owner and Co-Owner of Silent Response Gaming.

  • All members are expected to respect leadership and moderator decisions at all times. Members should not engage in public arguments or disputes within the Discord server. If an issue or concern arises, it should be reported through the appropriate channels and proper chain of command for review and resolution.

  • Favoritism is strictly prohibited within SRG. If any member or staff member displays signs of favoritism, it should be reported immediately through the proper channels. Silent Response Gaming prioritizes equal opportunity for all members regardless of rank, background, personal relationships, or any personal attribute.

  • Silent Response Gaming and its Ownership Team understand that gaming can be a competitive environment where banter and trash talk may occur. SRG is not against friendly banter or competitive trash talk, provided it remains respectful, appropriate, and free from any discriminatory, hateful, abusive, or offensive language of any kind.

  • Members of Silent Response Gaming not only represent themselves, but also represent the community as a whole. We ask that whenever you are representing SRG, you do so in a professional and respectful manner. This includes, but is not limited to, SRG-operated platforms and any platforms officially endorsed by Silent Response Gaming.
  • 2. Misrepresentation of Silent Response Gaming

    Silent Response Gaming maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the misrepresentation of the SRG name, brand, or community. Any violations related to misrepresentation may result in disciplinary action under the SRG Three Strike Policy, depending on the severity of the Code of Conduct violation. All information outlined below is considered official community policy and documentation. Following these standards and avoiding prohibited behaviors helps maintain the professionalism, integrity, and overall environment of Silent Response Gaming.


  • Targeted hostility toward any member or guest within the SRG Discord Server is strictly prohibited. In addition, targeted hostility toward any online gamer or individual outside of the community will not be tolerated. Friendly banter and competitive trash talk are acceptable, provided they remain respectful and appropriate. Please refer to Section 1, Bullet 6 for additional information regarding acceptable conduct.

  • Discrimination in any way, shape, or form is strictly prohibited within Silent Response Gaming. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, sex, age, religion, political views, financial status, sexual orientation, or any other personal attribute.

  • Disruptive, toxic or egotistical behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Abuse of authority or manipulation of members is prohibited.

  • Any actions that undermine the stability or integrity of the community and organization as a whole.

  • Forms of harassment include, but are not limited to:
  • Verbal insults or demeaning comments
  • Threats, intimidation, or coercion
  • Unwanted or persistent messaging
  • Sexual or explicit conduct directed toward other individuals is strictly prohibited, both within the SRG community and in public gaming lobbies while representing Silent Response Gaming.
  • Doxxing or sharing Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”) is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the individual is a member of SRG or not.
  • 3. Cheating & Digital Compliance

    Silent Response Gaming maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding cheating, hacking, doxxing, exploiting, or violating any game publisher’s or Discord’s Terms of Service. Any member found participating in or supporting these activities may face immediate removal and/or permanent blacklist from SRG Clan as a whole, depending on the severity of the violation.


  • Members must follow and abide by the "Terms of Service" set forth by all Game Publishers.

  • Members must follow and abide by the "Terms of Service" set forth by Discord

  • Members must follow and abide by the "Terms of Service" set forth by Sony & Microsoft

  • Members must must follow and abide by all applicable and regional laws regarding all digital media.

  • Modification or manipulating games, system files, or system equipment is intended to give you an unfair advantage and is prohibited.

  • The following forms of cheating or hacking are strictly prohibited within Silent Response Gaming, including but not limited to: boosting, aimbot usage, wall hacking, god mode, speed hacks, VPN misuse, 2-boxing, modded controllers with rapid-fire modifications, and any form of system or software tampering. Any member found participating in these activities may face immediate disciplinary action, including permanent removal and blacklist from SRG. In certain jurisdictions, some forms of hacking or software tampering may also be punishable by law. SRG representatives reserve the right to report confirmed cheating or hacking activity to the appropriate game publishers or platform providers.

  • Controllers manufactured by Scuf, AIM, Battle Beaver, Cinch Gaming, and GameSir are not considered hacking or cheating as they are designed that way and are certified controllers by Sony & Microsoft.
  • 4. Requirements To Join SRG

    All individuals interested in joining or currently participating in Silent Response Gaming must meet the minimum requirements established by the community in order to maintain official membership status. Failure to meet these requirements may result in temporary removal from the community until the requirements are met. If the current process such as application and enrollment are not completed within 48 hours your membership could be revoked.


  • Must fill out a Member Application if you do not fill out the member application we can not continue with enrollment.
  • Must be able to be as active as possible however, SRG prioritizes and advertises real-life first.
  • Must be willing to help SRG grow in a meaningful and productive way.
  • Must complete "Recruit Onboarding".
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Must be on Xbox, Playstation or PC.
  • Must have a discord account in good standing as well as some history to the account. (Newer accounts won't be accepted) Accounts must be (90) days old to join unless you can make a case for why your account is new.
  • Must have a clear and working headset with minimum background noise.
  • 5. Honesty & Integrity

    Silent Response Gaming’s Honesty & Integrity policy focuses heavily on human morals, accountability, and maintaining respectful and professional behavior at all times. Members are expected to conduct themselves as decent and respectful individuals both within and outside of the community. Violations of this policy may be subject to the SRG Three Strike Policy; however, certain violations may result in immediate removal depending on the severity of the situation.


  • Impersonation of SRG Staff or public figures is strictly prohibited.

  • Sharing SRG sensitive information is strictly prohibited. Sharing internal information outside of the community could seriously harm and destabilize Silent Response Gaming and will not be tolerated. Members are expected to respect the privacy, trust, and integrity of SRG by keeping all sensitive, private, or internal information within the community unless approved by Ownership or Executive Leadership.

  • Providing misleading or false information during interviews or applications or investigations conducted by leadership is prohibited.

  • Scamming, manipulation or fraud is prohibited in some jurisdictions is punishable by law.

  • No, using, deceiving, or manipulating any individual to get ahead or for your own personal gain.

  • Competition within the gaming community is expected; however, the poaching of members from SRG is strictly prohibited. In addition, offering payment or incentives for individuals to join the community is not permitted, as Silent Response Gaming values genuine engagement, organic growth, and authentic recruitment efforts.

  • Dual clanning, clan hopping or leaving without notice is not permitted.

  • No leadership member or executive member should retaliate or use there position of power to intimdate other members.

  • Any members of SRG who are involved in a personal or marital relationship may not serve within the same squad or be placed in a direct reporting structure with one another. This policy exists to help prevent favoritism, conflicts of interest, and potential issues involving professionalism or accountability.

  • Submitting flase allegations to intentionally get someone involved in a disciplinary action is strictly prohibited, this is also known as weaponizing reports against another member and will not be tolerated.
  • 6. Representing Silent Response Gaming

    We expect all members to represent SRG Clan in a professional, respectful, and exceptional manner at all times. Please review the information below to better understand how you can positively represent the community and contribute to the overall environment of Silent Response Gaming.


  • All members of Silent Response Gaming must put "SRG" as their clan tag on any game with an applicable clan tag option unless instructed otherwise to change it.

  • Changing your online ID is optional; however, members are encouraged to include “SRG” within their username to better represent the community. One of the primary alternatives to using an in-game clan tag is formatting your name similarly to “SRG Slayah.” All SRG-related usernames must remain appropriate and may not duplicate or closely resemble another SRG member name, SRG Squad name, or SRG Section name. If you choose to include “SRG” within your username, you may remove the standard SRG clan tag if applicable.
  • 7. Final Statement

    Silent Response Gaming reserves the right to update or modify this document at any time. Although SRG is not required to publicly announce all updates, SRG Leadership will make every reasonable effort to communicate important changes through the official SRG Discord Server. In addition, Silent Response Gaming and its Ownership Team maintain full executive authority and final decision-making power within the community. SRG is not operated by a Board of Directors, and all executive control remains with Slayah, Queen, and Purp, the Owners of Silent Response Gaming.
