Description
Co-Owners serve as the direct support to the Owners of Resilient Gaming Network, acting as their primary deputies in day-to-day operations. They are responsible for helping run the community and providing guidance and support to all Directors.
Co-Owners assist with addressing questions, concerns, issues, and operational needs across the community, ensuring leadership remains aligned, efficient, and consistent with RGN’s standards.

This role leads and manages the Internal Affairs team, ensuring that all IA Specialists operate effectively and follow established procedures.
The Director of Internal Affairs oversees all investigations and IA processes to ensure they are conducted fairly, consistently, and in alignment with RGN standards.

Individuals serving in this role are expected to understand or actively study social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies in order to effectively grow and strengthen RGN’s online presence across multiple platforms. The Director of Marketing plays a major role in ensuring that RGN maintains a professional, recognizable, and engaging brand identity while continuously expanding the community’s reach and visibility.

Description
Generals serve as the second-in-command and direct support to the Section Leader. Generals are also responsible for supervising lower squad leadership to ensure proper alignment, communication, structure, and operational efficiency throughout the battalion.

Colonels are also expected to mentor and develop lower leadership members, especially Majors, to help prepare them for future promotion into the Colonel role through guidance, leadership development, and operational experience.

While Majors and Colonels may step in to provide guidance, support, or corrective oversight when necessary, the Captain ultimately serves as the primary decision-maker and operational leader of the squad.

Description
Lieutenants (LTs) serve as the direct support and right-hand leadership to the Captain within the squad. Lieutenants are expected to assist with squad operations, leadership responsibilities, and member management while learning how to effectively lead and operate a squad.
When authorized by the Major or higher leadership, Lieutenants may also step in to assist with or temporarily oversee squad operations in the absence of the Captain.
